nothing wrong with you casper, modulex bricks are tiny legos. modulex are a 5/8 scale factor compared to lego bricks.
Unlike Lego, Modulex bricks have the same height as width (5mm)so a 1x1 brick is actually a cube (with a stud!)Darren

I absolutely love this! Being a Modulex collector (but not much chance to build) this is fascinating!
